Pricing
Two sites are free, always. Adding a third moves your organisation to a paid plan, billed per site per month: Starter at $149, Growth at $229, or custom Enterprise pricing. See Pricing for the full breakdown.
A site is a single location or operation you manage in Lede: a facility, branch, or place of work. You choose how to define them for your organisation.
On a paid plan every site adds 20 users to one organisation-wide pool, so two sites means 40 users and each person counts once no matter how many sites they work across. You can top the pool up at $20/month per 5-user pack, added automatically as your team grows. Free includes 20 users in total, however many sites you have, and cannot add packs.
Yes. Commit annually and save 15%. Billed monthly.
Security & data
Your data is hosted in Australia, on Amazon Web Services (Sydney region).
Yes. Lede uses AI to surface insights and generate reports. AI features are configurable, and administrators can control how they're used across your organisation.
Access is scoped to your organisation and controlled by the roles you assign. Only people you invite can see your sites and data.
